Large sized tiles
The size of tiles used in Japanese housing is often 300 mm square. In comparison, hotels use large 600 square tiles to create a sense of luxury. Cafes and stores also alternate 300mm×600mm tiles to create a strong impression of space. Can a house remain 300 mm square? VALLIS offers only two sizes, 600 mm square and 300 mm x 600 mm. We dare not offer 300 square because of our strong desire to change the standard size of Japanese residential tiles. Try to get more space with large tiles.
