Subdued color
Alute is now available in a new White color for staircases and atriums. Combined with Alute’s rounded form, it creates a gentle and welcoming presence.
Unlike the Black version, the White brings out a new kind of charm.
Soft in color, gentle in shape
Released in 2020, Alute was initially offered only in black, designed as a standard product with the refined detailing of custom steel handrails. Responding to strong customer demand, a new white color has now been introduced.
Alute’s rounded, gentle form matches the soft tone of white even better than expected, to the point where some within our company believe that white may become the new standard over black.
In search of the balanced white
In living spaces, handrails like Alute, which are installed independently, hold a noticeable presence. To ensure that this presence does not feel out of place, we carefully selected the most suitable shade of white from among the many available. It is a white that lies midway between warm and cool tones—neither too bright nor too dark.
To achieve this particular white, we changed the finishing method of the aluminum pipe from anodizing, which was used for the black version, to a baked coating.
Differences from the Black version
The White version is finished with a baked coating and is priced higher than the Black. Please refer to the price list in the flyer or catalog for details.
In addition, compared to Black, White is more prone to showing dirt. We recommend regular maintenance.
